Haha there so many things in FNP to dislike like there is soo sooo much of politics internally.. People are playing politics even when there are 2 people in the team. You won't get anything new to learn here... Be Cautious always. I don't want to highlight but always stay away from Vinod from retail team, he will inform the managers and intend with a plan with fake allegation on you and the management of FNP don't have ears to listen the true things they just force you to accept those fake allegation...Read More

There is no job security here and a lot of favouritism. If you keep praising and agreeing to everything with the too management you’ll be promoted and get good appraisals otherwise you will be fired

Worst work culture, clueless team. The company expects you to put all your sanity brains energy in the whims of the so called heads of the organisation. It was the worst gamble I took in my career. They will say weekends are off on paper but will make you work in National holidays as well.and your shift will never get over in 9 hours, it will go on to 10-11 hours everyday.

Some TLs are so supported like "Pankaj Mohan". They are always ready to help out in every situation. He is really so cooperative.

There is no direct shift for the employees who are working free home. Whenever you ll ask for any direct shift they will pressurise you to manage and will provide you split shift. Which shouldn't be happen, even after giving 11 hours of productivity on occasions you can never expect any over time incentive. Literally you guys should work on it.

Typical lala company with toxic work culture. HR and management are puppets of CEO. Employees are treated like inappropriately. There are lay offs every year which are unfair. No job security at all. Worst company to work for.

Product head is not worthy of leading a team - lacks basic product management skills , succumbs to pressure and just acts as a postman 3. Product team is secondary to business / sales team and has limited say in decisions
