Very few to mention: 1. Previous CHRO was one of the best this company has ever had. 2. Good Medical Insurance Policy. 3. Pick-up and drop facility from the metro station.
The list is vast, still, I would like to mention a few; 1. Very poor compensation and benefits. 2. No use in having the PMS policy, they won't give you an appraisal per the rating. Everything depends on the face value and your proximity to CXOs. 3. Be aware of MD's father, don't come in his way, he is one person you would not like to have a conversation with. 4. Technology team is pathetic, they don't do any new R&D and the senior leadership of the tech team is just roasting their chairs. 5. Worst pantry staff, they behave as if you report to them. They live in full attitude. 6. Worst arrangement when it comes to washroom hygiene. 7. They don't have any in-house pantry. 8. They will let go of the real hard hitters, who have actually performed in this company. 9. It's more of a family and relative business organization. Only those who are personally known to the management will get "GREAT SALARY HIKES AND PROMOTIONS". 10. Their call center set-up is a mess. 11. Be aware of people in the Finance department, they believe as if they are running the show. There is one person in finance, when you will ask him to help you with the investment declaration or TDS calculation he will definitely ask you to first buy some insurance policy from him or give him a box of sweets. 12. My immediate reporting manager was a hard task master but a good person at heart and also understanding.
Overall management style of the organisation. The top level management is very self centred, especially the top management of the weddings division. Very rude towards staff and always hinting at firing people at the drop of a hat.

It was a nice place to work a few years back but now it is nothing more but hell.
Slalary Slasing: Marking 1 or 2 days as LWP every monnth is becoming their habit. Many of my colleagues are complaining regarding this. Missed a punch by mistake and they will mark it as LWP, I have more than 20 leaves in my account but sill they will not deduct those, they will cut your salary. I emailed to hr and accounts team, they replied just a word "ok" (level of professionalism) to email but still i got reduced salary. Appraisals: they need everything on time, they will slash your salary if you missed a deadline, but when it comes to appraisal they will keep telling you, this month sure, this month you will get the appraisal, Its been 2 month past the appraisal period and there is no hope Transparency: yes the only thing which is transparent in this company is salary, every one who has good connections with HR (Don't want to reveal her name), knows how much other employee earns. HR are very unprofessional, they only works when HOD orders them they do not even take decisions for their own work. Even they can hold your releaving letter after giving handover also just for the personal grudges of HODs. There is many departmental issues and favoritousm things, if you agree with all their terms then you are their favorite other wise they can publicly target you and insult you. This is what I experienced in this company. This is the Corporate company by the cover only inside it's full Lala company. No increament, no incentives no timely salary and lots of politics.
