8.30 hours working, pink leave for female staff

Dislikes

2 Appraisals were promised(April & October) on the time of joining but new have been changed to 1 cycle due to which mane employees gave to face monetary demotivation. Quarterly release of variable is now converted to half yearly that too not full amount will be given Finance controller overseas is a toxic manager and believes in buttering Job security is not there as many employees were terminated without any prior notice No work life balance...Read More
