Very nice and helpful teammates, dynamic and very experienced boss, good working invironment. Good opportunities to do multiple things if anybody is ready to take responsibility.

Dislikes

Lack of proper training, poor working management. For everything they consider developer as culprit. They don't follow any SDLC. Management always gives surprise to employees regarding new policies related to salary/appraisal. The work pressure is very high.
