The benefits at FedEx are great. for example, you can receive time and a half daily after eight hours worked and double time after twelve hours worked. However, it is tough to reach the top of the pay scale and is quickly realized wen new driver are hired

I enjoyed working for them. I unfortunately did not follow company policy and i was to go. I like that it was fast paced but was very much team player.

Very friendly place to work ... Managers were excellent. The had your back all the way if i didn't have move to another state i would still be working there. Benefit are there. Raise are there. excellent place to work there.

Not much. Worked at ACC and GSTATS org. Fully political environment & disrespectful leadership. Use and throw type mentality people. I regret joining here. Specially India team culture and leadership is worst

Micromanagement, senseless process and policies, biased environment, mostlikely you get feeling that you are working for family business( conflict of interest is visible on floor almost 70% are relatives on floor) hr has no role than onboarding. They are puppets in management hands
