Delay in decision making and planning. For example, peak planing is being start well in time but decisions are being taken at the end of peak till station will bleed for resources.

Very stringent process of approvals to do any new change. Could have improved more on implementing new technologies compared to other competitors.

Work Details

The work was quite challenging, got to learn many things in very short time, took multiple responsibilities and worked with different teams. Overall it was really good learning journey with FedEx.
