Good work culture and enviornment, its 5 days working here with plenty of leaves. Company policies are decent.

Dislikes

The compensation is very less and less scope of career growth here. The appraisals is very low here. Feedback are given but that should be implemented too.

The job gets hetic as there is low of call flows and strict break timing. The work culture is healthy and job training is provided. Casuals are allowed on friday

The job security is too good in FedEx, In situation like pandemic other companies took their hands off from their employees where as FedEx has kept the jobs for their employees and paid them time to time.

The management is not too notch , otherwise it's good.

U get to learn , however growth is very very stagnent also therez lots of politics played by the superior such as ur managers etc Also the medical benifits which every employee has the right of does not get it. Also the benefits such as tution assistance and all of that is also eaten up by the Hr team or the managing team u can say.
