Not much. Worked at ACC and GSTATS org. Fully political environment & disrespectful leadership. Use and throw type mentality people. I regret joining here. Specially India team culture and leadership is worst

Micromanagement, senseless process and policies, biased environment, mostlikely you get feeling that you are working for family business( conflict of interest is visible on floor almost 70% are relatives on floor) hr has no role than onboarding. They are puppets in management hands
