Working at Federal bank helped to learn alot of things.. I felt so secure too.. BT the only thing that I am not satisfied is about the behaving of our agency.. I can't blame the federal bank, in the matter of our salary and allowances bcz, they are providing the apt rate for us, BT the amount that we are receiving is after the reduction that making from our agencies.. and the agency never credit our salary on date.. because of these issues i am not interested to suggest anyone to work there under the control of agencies. There are many . Senior managment level is awful . Too much of regionalistic politics . People are just behind u to spoil ur carrer . Too many backstabers .Unrealistic transfer policies . HR just care about woman . Teammates are mostly supportive and friendly, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.

Dislikes

Lack of work-life balance and an unfair promotion process that often required pleasing managers rather than recognizing merit and performance. No value given given for employee's personal well being in most of the teams. WFH opportunities are merely mentioned in circulars and will not be considered when employee really needs it.
