I have many poor reviews about this company. 1.Fresher please dont come here the worst company i have ever seen in my life. 2.freshers will only get 3k stipend and they say after 3 months of training we will start the payroll but they will fool you.They usually take 5 to 6 months to take you on payroll. 3.There is no one to train you about the automation only seniors are very helpful in this company. 4.The hr in this company who's name is pranali shinde is the terrible women she interfere in everyones personal life and she acts like she is the ceo of the company. 5.Chirag patel who is the worst man of this feat system's.This man is the only reason where fresher wont grow in ths comapany....Read More

worst experience ever as a first carreer job. Management is very unprofessional . No proper management plus very unprofessional to talk. Clear lies while giving projects at client sides. Havent support me infact indirect torture to pull back thier asset while i was serving treatment in hopsital. Still dues havent payed and addition to it harsh language.

This Company is totally fraud .Due to the lockdown as it is impossible to go to office so we are ready to do the work from home but this company did not provide any work to us the only thing they gave is one mail to us to choose between leaving the company or to wait till the company resume it works again and we have to wait for 5-6months even after the lockdown is over . And before that they had deleted the credentials of ours without informing us and they are not giving back our 90k cheques to us and even the experience certificate they had totally tortured and lied to us during this lockdown . All of us are going to take legal action over featsystem for frauding and not returning our cheques and salary to us .If you are planning to join featsystem then rethink your decision twice and then make decision...Read More

They didn't even give the proper training as the trainer is not knowing the process properly and even it is an IT firm they are refuse to provide work from home and not giving our two months salary the total environment at featsystem is very unprofessional
