Above the cadre of RM ie DSM,SM no in clinic value addition or demanding. Lot of excel sheet formats and daily billing plan and pressurising to achieve the given number. No value addition no investment like cme or Doctors meet. Worst allowances in the market very low salary package.

FDC is a very good organisation to work. FDC is a well cultured, strategy driven , education and scientific approch based marketing . well organised, good market reputation, excellent product quality and efficacy . I have enjoyed here a lot and worked in this organisation as Regional Manager more than 5 years , learnt so many things related with my profession at this level.

Dislikes

1. There is attrition due to some senior managers and there are imposing to creat business any how which is not appropriate. 2. As per current marketing trends there are no marketing flexibility in terms of activity and CRM.

Company cluchar is bad Not good activities done by company' to dr cabin. Only paper company activity.Meny more chip activities who are not interested doctor. When you leave company they told we have increased your package but when you come not package increase. Also very terrible cluchar. Dont go this company also evenig call desturab your family' time.

Company culture is good. FDC treat their employees as a family. HR team work is good. Others things are depend on your managers attitude. Transportation is very easy to reach. Canteen facility is good.

Dislikes

Appraisal is very late. No appreciation for your good work but be ready to get criticised if you lag something. They must have all Saturday off.

Experience of working with FDC was good. A good place to learn about sales and marketing strategies. Salary and expenses were low and incentive scheme was not good.
