Company having a great work culture as they provide you flexible shift as per your need also team members, managers are so supportive and company organizes fun friday and indoor games for refreshing the mood of employees, communication with higher level members is so easy as you can directly speak to them , without any hindrance.

Dislikes

Company do not have hybrid and longer days work from home policy also they do not take you for group travel or outing.

I want to get improve in this company that some of the time, whenever new employee joined in a team than the first thing he should not be feel like that the reporting manager is not focusing on him, that what a new team member is doing and he has got all the required things to do work or not. Because when a team member do any work than all feedback will go to the management to judge his performance regarding his work by his reporting manager....Read More

- Salary comes on time. - Work life balance is good for me till now. - Flexibility to do WFH as and when required. - They have quarterly and annual rewards. - Some benefits like company paid lunch. - Fun events are also organised. Over all company culture is fine.

- There are no monetary perks like Annual Bonus, Performance bonus or any other. You just need to be happy with your salary. - There are very few parking slots so you need to park your four wheeler in paid parking. - For annual appraisal I can't comment as I have just completed 6 months here. - Company should work on infrastructure, as there are problems with systems many times.
