Thank you for your honest feedback. We appreciate your insights. However, our timings are flexible, rotational. We also provide comp offs, short leaves, WFH as per requirement. We also believe that travelling to different regions enhances skill, confidence and is good opportunity for cultural exchange, so we give opportunities for travelling not just domestic but also international with the consent of the employees.
