They did not support me whatsoever. It wasn't only me but many more who were put on unpaid leave of absence since June'2020 just to get fired in Jan'21. There were hundreds of employees who were not lucky enough, they got fired on 1st April'20 despite working for 5-8 years for this organisation

This company used to be a great one but now it's a hub of favouritism. The management has changed drastically and now people who don't know any meaning of the word RESPECT are in charge. There is a man working as a Sr. Manager who can't speak in correct English for 2 good minutes. People who treat agents like trash canes are leadingthat company. Work like is no longer healthy as agent are beings forced to do 12 hours a day, 6 days a week at the moment.

It is a pathetic company , they are taking advantage of covid19 and forcing employees work for extra hour stating they would loose thier jobs if not done so

Fareportal as a company is a nice place to work overall it's not that employee centric but my colleagues makes it easier but during covid 19 they have helped alot of families by supporting even when the company is on a verge of recession. So I would say I'm happy.

Dislikes

Not employee centric. They just want business and that's it. Doesn't care if the person is I'll or not.

i was a top performer in my team name - SAG seat assignment group from 13 months continously. but my team msnager pradeep tiwari ( pseudo name- prior) he was not supporting me, not giving me single leaves on even in a week off. forcing and harrasing me to extend my shift daily for 12 hours. and forcing to do a fraud sale to generatea revenue for the process. customer has already paid for the flight ticket and seats. he forced us to call customer and sell the free seats to the customer for which customer has already paid. customer used to shout to us. i hv already paid for seats. still he harrased and forced me to do the same. and used to tell me dont tell this same to HR. after a few months he seperate me from the company. there are total 3 manager who is doing the same. prior as a pradeep tiwari, cohen as a manish shahi and Gowan as a karan suri. they dont have a good history and record with girls juniour agent there below co worker. they are doing this from a long time....Read More
