Only Money is the motivation in this org.

Salary - Good

Dislikes

Absolutely no respect for employees Insulting on personal level Different sales units create no sense of ownership as a org. No work life balance you have to be available on ur week offs. Internal politics killing actual talent Worst YOY appraisals Top Management at pune centre need to be relook.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
