working , operations ,challenges, every year goals setting , ppt working , mis execution etc.. enjoy the all working...even i handled all work separate in my job profile some account work / mis work... and enjoy the multitasking working ..but not rest the body and no enjoy holiday and no family satisfaction due to these reason.

over Burdon to employees , extra working days to call employees .even a sunday working going on ..no physivisility for this job .and no security job ..even a small mistaken issue the latter and fired immdaietly to any persons . no importance to that employee who can be deserve the great work for plant since last 4 to 5 years ..and multitasking over loaded which execute the health issues..no enjoy the working after last 2 years ...due to cost cut and decrease the incremental position....Read More
