The working culture is good. Eventhough oppurtunities are less in other companies after leaving this company but there is an utmost safety for every person in the company especially for women

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
