Everything 1. work life balance is the least expected thing, we are forced work for 11 hours a day in the name of busy season yet the 11 hours work will take 15 hours to complete. 2. A lot of micro management where seniors think they OWN the company and taunt new joiners and freshers. 3. New joiner training is literally crap, they only tech theorital stuff which doesn't help in work and once moved to work they expect us with 100% accuracy where they teach nothing. 4. we are asked to login on weekends to complete 55 working hours per week without any extra pay. 5. seniors won't answer or reply to our messages or calls to clear doubts. Finally it's a literal hell and don't know why they are such cruel with their juniors and I am 100% sure working here will definitely demage your mental health...Read More
