EY has a brand value and more over it is one of the Big 4 accounting firms so definitively working experience would considered as one of greatest boost to anyone's career. Company has different service lines for each work areas so it would a great help if anyone wants to move internally.

Dislikes

There are lot hierarchy created to halt your career growth, for each designation a person has to wait for 18 months to move up the ladder. Apart from it, as and when it is due, just to ensure the company has low cost, they would halt your appraisal to ensure you stay in the position for more than 18 months. There are lot of internalpolitics which leads for more waiting for your career to move up. Working hours are long and there are no work life balance as such. We have to plan your leaves well in advance and inform the managers in advances or else it is difficult to get it approved unless its medical emergency....Read More
