The work culture and people are good. You get to deal with alot of foreign clients which makes your communication skills really strong and also boosts your public speaking capabilities.

Dislikes

The work life balance is terrible and you'll find yourself slogging for more than 10 hours each day. The compensation we get in return for the slogging is not at all motivating to push an individual to keep working hard.
