not to dislike but suggestion- They have various training programs and I think the frequency of such sessions can be increased.

Management not supportive, They hire wrong candidate who has no fair decision and tries to bring their own people on any cost and no relevant experience. They dis-respect their old staff. Stalk holders are aware about this but do not react or stops to do this.

This is a flat organisation with no hierarchy. Salaries and promised joining bonus are not in place. Need to keep on chasing. All the time working on weekends and public holidays. Pathetic culture. No additional benefits. Forget about leaves. Unrealistic deadlines from upper management and to some extent micromanagement. Definitely not a place for family oriented people.

Its a good company to work for.. great learning opportunities if you are willing to put in the effort, you will get a good experience. If not then you will be like any other worker. Managers are good and technically oriented. The company is customer focused and helps ensure almost each project is a success for the customer, which helps the team grow and client retention.

Dislikes

Can do more activities to make working fun other than the fun of doing great work and coding. Some processes need to be improved as things can fall through the cracks at times.. but nothing that can't be fixed. If you highlight it they fix it.. but could be more proactive.
