Team mates are very supportive if and only if they can see you are really hard working. There is job great security but again growth and learning would be very less. Once you complete a year you can travel across India wherever they do exhibition. Unlike other places there is very less sales pressure.

Dislikes

Appraisal given every year is less then 15% and sometimes they give increment after 2 years 😑

Work Details

Work is not so much challenging. Pitching for company's exhibition is easier and could be learnt very quick.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
