Because they don't have any long term projects and they don't have any projects.for freshers but they recruited as freshers and they send all.of us out with in 10 months not even giving a one year of experience we all begged and also we cried to them

Micromanagement, Gender , Regional and language discrimination no equal opportunity and no appreciation for work, very poor hike, useless managers at Bangalore automotive department, they have forgotten what GM means they don't consider as General Manager but gossip Manager, No skill development at all they only want to deal with excel and chatgpt.

Useless HR department. Pls avoid this company Management will hear your problems, but won't solve them. HRBP will pretend as if a good person, but won't help you No career growth, no promotions, you will get less hike. They will ask you to serve 3 months notice No transportation facilities, food, If no project they will ask you to quit the job They will put you in some client site and you need to serve for the client and you need to persuade client for increment and recognition....Read More
