They are taking efforts to help employees to develop their technical skills by providing really good training sessions.

Dislikes

Management is lacking in terms of appreciating hardworking employees. Leadership is also not good on domain level. Teams are lacking with experienced resources which is burdening existing experienced one.

SQS India is not such a great place to work. Pro: 1.Lot of internal politics . 2.No growth plan for employee. 3.Support teams are aweful. Especially the HR team as a whole . 4. Few onsite opportunities that too for those who are close to mangers not on merit . 5.Few good projects no big projects in pipeline. Cons: 1.Job security. 2.Better work life balance
