Micromanagement, Gender , Regional and language discrimination no equal opportunity and no appreciation for work, very poor hike, useless managers at Bangalore automotive department, they have forgotten what GM means they don't consider as General Manager but gossip Manager, No skill development at all they only want to deal with excel and chatgpt.

Useless HR department. Pls avoid this company Management will hear your problems, but won't solve them. HRBP will pretend as if a good person, but won't help you No career growth, no promotions, you will get less hike.
