HRBP will pretend as if a good person, but won't help you No career growth, no promotions, you will get less hike. I worked in ME team,were manager's steals the credits of employees, you'll not be recognised for appreciation,for any kind of appreciation,manager ask you to beg to client,stating that " tell client to main for your internal rewards & recognition,then only I can proceed further".Managers are dump.employee performance will not be taken to the management by the manager's. -90 days notice period

It gave chance to Banking professionals to join as business analyst considering their functional knowledge is a very plus point of it , as not many companies give this opportunity. Top management is approachable.

Work life balance is really bad. Managers expect the team to stretch everyday without any extra compensation. Asking team to work on weekend is a very common thing and you may get just Saturdays as off or that too they will ask to work from home or be available. It’s just work and no life here.
