Micromanagement, Gender , Regional and language discrimination no equal opportunity and no appreciation for work, very poor hike, useless managers at Bangalore automotive department, they have forgotten what GM means they don't consider as General Manager but gossip Manager, No skill development at all they only want to deal with excel and chatgpt.

They paid me off without any explanation, when I asked why they dodged the question and blamed others. The company plays favorites, giving promotion and opportunities to only the Maharashtrian people, even if they are not at their jobs. I worked in ME team,were manager's steals the credits of employees, you'll not be recognised for appreciation,for any kind of appreciation,manager ask you to beg to client,stating that " tell client to main for your internal rewards & recognition,then only I can proceed further".Managers are dump.employee performance will not be taken to the management by the manager's. -90 days notice period
