Expedia being a big shark company provides a lot of employee benefits in term of leaves, medical insurance, travel allowance, travel and wellness reimbursement, pick up and drop facility and night shift allowance. Salary comes on time and sometime before time as well.

Dislikes

It depends for what team you are working for, the call centre associate are treated like labour if you work with MIDAS, VRBO,TIER 3 (real time escalation) they will treat you like third class people in India. Most of the managers and supervisors are so toxic that you would start feeling not to go to the office anymore. There is a lot of office drama and politics that the culture is polluted. Expedia is a great organization to join. However, few process and management does really needs to work on themselves. They don't know how to run an organization without demeaning people.

No job security, constant firings and layoffs are happening. HR team does not know how to talk with the employees and solve their issues. Very bad culture, toxic managers who have come from Amazon, pip culture, no appraisals and less pay. Would not recommend to join here if you want a stable environment. Better join a good start up than this place or go for any other MNC.

The only thing good about the company was wlb but that too was there only before 2023 after that it is getting pretty hectic day by day

Toxic and unskilled managers who only know how to play politics and not actually engage with the team to know the real story, can get easily manipulated against any of their team member and fire them. Frequent layoffs and firings. No innovation and growth in the company Low pay and less increment on top of that. Not a stable place to work.
