Support was all over the place. Expedia ensured working from home was made as easy as possible. IT Team was available 24/7 to assist in any situation. Wellness benefits were given to purchase things which would help in pandemic.

Dislikes

Expedia needs to work on retaining talent and support current fleet who are working tremendously hard and are making themselves available to deliver things on time.

The only thing good about the company was wlb but that too was there only before 2023 after that it is getting pretty hectic day by day

Toxic and unskilled managers who only know how to play politics and not actually engage with the team to know the real story, can get easily manipulated against any of their team member and fire them. Frequent layoffs and firings. No innovation and growth in the company Low pay and less increment on top of that. Not a stable place to work.
