I have been working past 3years over-all good organization for employees culture but not updated according to MNC culture, here i have faced lot of problem regarding Distributor in Delhi but upper management not help out me resolved the issues.

Skill development - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Biggest problem is there No help in upper management to connect the distribution network in Delhi.

Promotions - Poor

Work Details
