Dislikes

Here all the employees are only interested in their own interests and want to humiliate everyone, no one is serious about the work here.And about ERP boys no one thinks of doing anything for them as a gift.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
