Job Description

Job Summary:

You will provide HR guidance, analyze metrics, resolve employee relations issues, and work with management to improve work relationships and productivity. Recruitment, onboarding, payroll, involved in addressing employee queries, concerns & collaborate with employees to foster a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Circle Hirings)

  • Sourcing and candidate outreach: Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates for Field Sales especially Field Sales Executives. This may involve online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, referrals, and direct outreach such as NGOs/Job Fairs/SDCs/NAPS.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, evaluating their experience, competencies, and suitability for the position.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Act as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance, support, and do the timely communication.
  • Candidate Assessment and Selection: Assess candidate qualifications and competencies against job requirements, utilizing tools such as audition (For Field Sales Executives) and reference checks. Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate the selection process and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
  • Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiating terms and conditions as necessary. Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and providing necessary information and support.

HR Operations

  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees. Coordinate orientation sessions, handle paperwork, and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights.
  • Mediclaim Data: Compile and manage mediclaim data & inputs on day to day basis.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and complaints, providing guidance and support as needed. Collaborate with managers and other stakeholders to address employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with HR service providers, including vendors for payroll, benefits, HRIS, and other HR-related services as applicable. Negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and address any issues or concerns.

Payroll

  • Assist in end-to-end payroll processing, including data validation, and payment file verification & uploads.
  • Support in generating payroll-related entries, reconciliations, and management reports.
  • Validate monthly statutory reports and ensure timely deposit of challans, TDS returns, and investment proofs.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and support payroll audits.
  • Process full and final settlements for exited employees.

Required Competencies:

  • Hands on experience in bulk hiring.
  • Strong subject knowledge with hands on experience in hr operations & payroll processing.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality in managing sensitive information.
  • Adaptability to changes in payroll systems and procedures.
  • Excellent advanced MS Excel skills - VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, good understanding of HRMS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelors/Postgraduate degree in HR.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bulk hiring, payroll and compliance & hr operations preferably in a similar industry or has worked in a start-up ecosystem.
