I worked in Excitel for the past 2 years , my overall experience with excitel is good , working culture with colleagues are good, colleagues are very helpful, It was my first job so I have learnt so many new things from company .

Most dislike about working at Excitel - the nature of unfavourable with those employees who are not so friendly with management , the career growth is for only those who are good relationship with team leader and management , the appraisal is very less in Excitel , they are hiring people with less salaries , Working life balance is hectic in excitel.
