F and B staff was very helping and supportive. Restaurant manager were understand the situation and take decision on our behalf.

Dislikes

The only thing i dislike the most is the HR decisions. They do what ever they want, and treated trainees as a labour of there father.

Very bad management. No weekly offs given properly. No roaster is followed. Horrible staffs in front office department.

Work environment is not quite Good but the teammates and the seniors are supportive .There is cafeteria only for the staff not gaming arcade or resting place for staff .

As a traine I have quite good work experience. They treat trainee as a labour they said work time is 12hrs but they never release the trainee before 14hrs.

Actually I love this hotel's employee without any reason.. and I love this hotel because it is my 1st workplace.

Dislikes

Some of employees' behavior is too rude with the trainees.. They don't behave like a human with them. And in 6 months I have learnt nothing in kitchen without bringing stores and cleaning.

The pay for the internship was far too low and we were never paid for two months of work due to the lockdown

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Maheshwaran the hr manager don't know anything , no proper maintaining of records nothing in hr department totally waste if that he manager has continued but he gone and hope it should be good now
