We get alot to learn because there is so much to do, they allow us to perform and explore ourselves in every field, they give freedom to learn any language .

Dislikes

They cut the half day salary in every third late of the month and there is no record if we leave late from the office .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! It's a good place for freshers. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

The job is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.
