Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The management and team members are very supportive and very encouraging work environment. The HR team is very helpful always ready to listen to concerns and quick to resolve issues . A great deal of freedom in work and encouraged to share our ideas in projects, facilities improvements , HR initiatives. Very good office location in the IT IT park.

Salary may not be competitive like big IT companies but that’s management considering the Learning and freedom of work we get
