Likes

Overall experience is good. Teammates are supportive and management is Bad. There is a small cafeteria and no toys/games. Company policies and appraisals are joke.

Dislikes

They are no dislikes about the job and the management should improve in few parts. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. After few days all you need to do is read out scripts.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting in beginning! Later feels like boring since most the process is scripted. I learnt everything on the first 7days of training. Rest I learnt on the floor within a month and ones you get a hold of process.
