Salaries can be detrimental for fresher's in the long-run. Seniors tend be favoured over juniors due to perceived lack of maturity on the latter's part, at times w.r.t travel opportunities. Hikes have been on a downward slide over the years. Cost cutting measures are slowly being implemented. Many layers of management causes lack of transperancy and questionable decision-making.
