Many!!!!! Inappropriate, immature & irresponsible HR Team. No platform for Managers to speak and grow. Redundant Practices & Egoistic Leaders (not all but a handful of them). Biased based on Language, Religion & Caste - for opportunities, hike, growth and many more. Ramesh Madala the CEO, who is great person which values each employee. He has great knowledge and vision on every project. The only company the employee will talk directly to CEO.

Except CEO, couple of employee benefits like timing and salary on time rest everything is not that good. There are lots of HR employee who wastes the budget from the billing. The main disadvantage is here no growth, all internal politics. The person who do bread and butter to his superior, then he no need to work at all. I did see many resources who work as functional, tester etc., whatever they want to be in the billing but it just all a time pass work and doing all bhajanas to superior. I never see these kind of managers who expect more bhajan from their sub ordinates. They will do same bhajan to Ramesh and get their hikes and designations. Here I did see many people simply convert to Delivery managers from project managers, of course its all from bread and butter to Ramesh and expect same from their sub ordinates. No sick and medical leaves Typical Indian company with lot of internal politics Rating system completely depends on manager. No subordinates can give rating to their managers No good clients all small POC kind of projects. Direct interaction with onsite/ client team. Lot of negitive then positive to be frank.. But lac of long term goals. Manager is not aware of things going at client end just provide employee.

What ever they say on joining was nt accurate, they use the employee and ask to resign once they are done with project, I'm the one who faced this, in my case plenty of opportunities once done with project they said and ask to put papers and serve the notice period.
