First they offer a good inhand salary and then they deduct amount on the name of pf. Even employer contribution too is deducted from my in hand salary.

Always try to snatch money from the clients and always they try to hold salaries of employees , no appreciation no salary increment.. Tip for new joiners :- Always take a written document for everything they say or promise and record calls because they will lie in the end
