Approximately 1 year back, though its a small company, with a very bad infrastructure, there used to be a good working environment. There used to be good work life balance. Leadership used to take care of employees. But now everything gone for a toss. They have good infrastructure now, but a very bad working culture. Poli-trics cameinto place. This company is terrible. In the last one year it has become from bad to worse. No job satisfaction, no proper appraisal process, hikes are not given in time, there is no one to hear your issues, no learning what so ever, they use all outdated tools, leadership gone for a toss, HR team is very immature and behaves like they are the ultimate bosses, they ruined the entire culture of the company, they are fit for politics, there is no job security at all, don't know when they will fire you, they ruined few employees lives already.
