You will get to handle many tasks simultaneously so your management skill will improve, the company accepts innovative ideas to improve the business.

There is no work life balance at all, it does not matter whether you are on leave or not, the manager can call you anytime and ask for a report, ask you to join a zoom meeting, company doesn't know itself what work it has to do from its employees.
