Amazing culture, people especially senior management is very friendly and understanding. Although work pressure is high. you do not feel it because of the good culture.

Dislikes

Travel is limited especially if someone is coming with mindset of lot of travel to foreign countries.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
