In hand salary far away from CTC they provided. Poor working culture. There is no need of talent and subject to join the company if u have reference. Canteen food.

Here I observed, most of the employees are having 10+years of experience but they are not fit for the thire roles. No one skilled except few of them. Simply wasting company money on them. Even though some of the group leader also... They are burden for organizing simply taking salaries. My sincere request...... Management should focus on this.

No job security, and it's totally because of managers, there lack of skills in managers,from AM to GM there is no skills, these managers not responsible always through their mistakes on lower level people.

Totally foolish mangers, if management change managers from ground level then it will be change the fate of Eugia. Management blindly believe the managers here.

1. No extra allowance for manager category after working hours, and it is always there we have to stay after the working hours , rarely it is possible that we can go on time. 2 Lack of manpower 3 Work bond commitment of 3 years. 4. Company is situated in the worst location.

1)Qc HOD Hariprasad is always asking the employees to quit their job as there is no promotions and hikes to give. So many are leaving the job because of him. 2)Only Reference candidates are getting hikes and promotions without doing any work. Promotions are based on the castism, nepotism and Chanting. 3)Some of the managers don't know what are the analysts are doing like which test,which product.
