Here I observed, most of the employees are having 10+years of experience but they are not fit for the thire roles. No one skilled except few of them. Simply wasting company money on them. Even though some of the group leader also... They are burden for organizing simply taking salaries. My sincere request...... Management should focus on this.

1)Qc HOD Hariprasad is always asking the employees to quit their job as there is no promotions and hikes to give. So many are leaving the job because of him. 2)Only Reference candidates are getting hikes and promotions without doing any work.
