Etihad always look after their crew. My entire 6 years of footling as a flight attendant here I would have to say they trekked their best to keep me happy in every area. If they ran short of money they compensated in other ways and they never brought down my salary inspire of covid. The management are open and friendly and approachable. The benefits are amazing. There isn’t anything I disliked. I have good memories with Etihad. I worked in totally of 12 years as a crew and Etihad was my fav airline to work with.

1.Line Managers are blindly believed by the management and biased. 2. The water need to be tested rather than believing blindly. 3. HR should conduct periodic feedback about the well being and the welfare of the staff. 4. Shuffling of Regional Managers should be a recurring process at least every three years.
