One of the biggest Airlines, the Airline that is flying to most destinations in the World which means you can travel anywhere in the World with a very good price.
Dislikes
Company culture is not good at all. For those who wanna improve their careers should focus on memorizing the books like parrots, developing skills won't affect the career at all.
The company is innovative and always willing to support the staff who can be supporting the company in return such as trainings arranged in Turkish academy college in Istanbul, Turkey. There you meet people all around the world who works under same brand name and it is a very good plus point of the company point of view.
Dislikes
When it comes to GSA levels when the carrier doesn't operate the staff at their worldwide offices, General sales agents, are not treating the staff who are on board even though they share the same brand name as Turkish Airlines cargo, but labeled and treated as GSA staff and the salary scales are also low.
Work Details
As a personal experience, it was challenging as a result of the completion in the market as ample of space capacities were available since many carriers were into the station and couldn't let a single kilo of cargo go away as we had to fight for it.
