Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?

Since the institution is established as a public enterprise the overall objective is to serve the public and participate in the general development of the country. So to work in the institution is indirectly serving the public. This is the profound reason to like the institution. Besides, the institution is the only organization in the country that run the Ethiopian electric power. It is a big institution. Due to this it enhance to excell my professional skill. Growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to spend much time up to late night. Managers dont encourage and reward workers.
