Since the institution is established as a public enterprise the overall objective is to serve the public and participate in the general development of the country. So to work in the institution is indirectly serving the public. This is the profound reason to like the institution. Besides, the institution is the only organization in the country that run the Ethiopian electric power. It is a big institution. Due to this it enhance to excell my professional skill. Dislikes

Growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to spend much time up to late night. Managers dont encourage and reward workers.

I work as a legal attorney in the institution. I represent the organization before courts and prepare legal pleadings. I also give legal comments and participate in different committees.
