Friendly environment to work with. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. They maintain clean and hygienic working area. Company is concerned about salary distribution timing, hence they are very punctual regarding payments. They give good salary hikes and bonuses.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management of issues is not fair so far. Commissions for extra work/sales is hard to achieve but they are pretty quick on deducting the salary according to certain terms/conditions.

The job is quite interesting! Struggled a bit in the beginning as this was my first job in BPO industry as a telecaller. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to improve my spoken English skills, also with an opportunity to learn UK accent.

They provide you unpaid training for a week and timely briefings. That's all.

Yes, these is a lot of politics in the premises. And the boss supports only those who were working from the beginning of the company and are flattering them all the time. Unnecessary deductions are made in the salary. They trick the candidates about the salary, like they will say that they gonna provide you 15000, but at the end of the month, you will be having only 5000- 7000 in your hands.
