Management does not value employees.no job security.Salary is for namesake.Your supposed to work for atleast 12 hours daily including some weekends too.Then too b mentally prepared to be fired anytym as per management's decision.Management is worst.

No cooperation from managers.no job security.they can fire u without a prior notice.lot of work pressure.12 hours of daily work and salary is peanuts.worst organisation I ever worked with
